This colt is a serious, serious prospect to go all the way in western pleasure or english classes.  If you’ve kept up with the major show results this past year, you’ll know that Colored By Charlie’s foals tore up the 2YO snaffle bit pleasure class at the world show, winning the class and placing in 4 of the top 10 spots.  His foals also took 4 of the top 10 spots in both 2YO classes in the Appaloosa Pleasure Horse Association.  His dam is a daughter of The Hunter, is double bred Romans Straw Man, and runs to Scooter Bug G and many other great performance horses.  She has points in halter classes too!  Colored By Charlie stands 16 hands, and Show Me a Hunter is 16.3, so “Tuff” should mature well over 16 hands.  The real icing on the cake is that he has great color!  He should be a safe bet to be in the 2YO world show finals in 2011.
